Maurice Overzier

After his internship in 2012 at the department of Human Genetics, Maurice Overzier started working as a research technician in the NeuroD group, the DMD group and the CADASIL research group.

His NeuroD research projects mostly involve in vivo therapy studies focussed on Huntington’s disease and Spinocerebellar ataxia type 3. Various functional and behavioural tests are his main area of expertise, together with various molecular, computational and in vitro techniques.
